大数据背景下，经济犯罪呈现出科技性、隐蔽性、涉众性等新特点。在经济犯罪侦查中应用大数据技术具有现实意义，同时也存在信息资源共享难、数据规范标准缺乏、大数据证据适用难、民警大数据技术应用能力不足等问题。为提高大数据技术在经济犯罪侦查中的应用水平，提出汇集数据资源、加强数据管理、构建大数据证据适用规范体系、提升大数据应用能力等建议。

Under the background of the big data era, economic crime presents such new characteristics as using science and technology, difficulties in investigation and involving a lot of people. Therefore, applying big data in economic crime investigation is of great significance. However, there are problems such as difficulties in sharing information resources, lack of unified data standards, difficulties in applying big data evidence, and poor capability to apply big data technology. This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the application level of big data technology in economic crime investigation, including pooling all data resources, strengthening data management, improving investigation capabilities, building a standard system for the application of big data evidence, cultivating big data application capabilities.
